  Called the store to see if they had a specific phone and was told yes by Kori. I arrived at the store less than 30 mins later. To my surprise she said she didn't have the phone I wanted and started to try and sell me another phone. I asked her about the phone she was trying to sell me and was told it had 16gb of memory which my old phone had and I need for all the things I store for work. I bought the phone and got home to set it up and realized I had been lied to and the phone only had 8 gb of storage. I couldn't believe she lied to me. The next day at work the phone died before 10am and I was barely on it. I thought this isn't right. The next day same thing. I went back to the store that afternoon after work and asked about returning it. She told me that was not allowed. She said her boss would buy it back from me for $50 after I paid $120 for it. At that point I was like whatever. Then she said but you can't get a new phone at the upgrade price. So they were going to give me $50 for a phone I paid $120 for and then want me to buy the phone I originally wanted for over $400 when the upgrade price is only 150. She called the manager and told him what was going on. He said he would call me. Still haven't heard from him! Called again today and spoke with Ryan who texted the manager again to call me. Still no word. PLEASE do not shop here!!! These people are deceitful!!! Take your business to another metro store that will do you right! I am not asking for anything unreasonable. All I want is the $50 credit for the phone they sold me and lied to me about and to get the phone I originally wanted at my upgrade price! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS STORE!!!!!!
