  Super slow service! We were the only ones even there and it still took over an hour to get our food and then once we got our food my chicken wrap wasn't even fit to eat. The chicken was completely burnt and tasted terrible. We won't be coming back.

  Alright. On the real. The food is delicious here so if you can get over the rest of this review definitely try this place out. The wait staff has always been kind as well. My issue is with the owners here. Now. The first time I went I had questions about the million wing sauces they have. I asked if they had anything like boom boom sauce. To that, the woman who is an owner scolded me and told me that they don't use commercial sauces there in a rather forward and rude manner. I explained that I was asking if they had anything LIKE that. To which she replied no and walked away. I found that very unappealing and my friend who I went with agreed that she was a bit nasty about the situation. I continue to go here and eat. But the last time I went I read the back of the menu which because of my first experience really made me think these people are rude. The menu is basically telling you not to whine, not to expect anything for free, and not to question the wait staff. Blah blah. It's basically a full page but ching about the customers. At one point they said that the Americans have been babied into thinking they get free food whenever anything is wrong with their meal. Now these are all reasonable things however The way it is done is less than professional and they end it by basically saying that plenty of people come here and enjoy it and if you don't....... And leave it at that. I wish I took a picture of the back of the menu. Now like I said. The food is delicious, especially the wings, so if you can get over the fact that you might possibly run into a crazy rude lady who owns the place you should definitely try it out. Honestly I'll most likely return but just a forewarning to those to tread lightly or ya might get yelled at and treated like a moron haha. Also if you like boom boom sauce try the twisted Thai sweet chili. Not the same really but similar concept and delicious.

  Hand down the Worst service I have ever received in a restaurant!! There's a big lady with blonde hair. I think she's the manager... I asked her what there specials are and She told me that I had to go on Facebook and like thier page to find out the specials... So I like there page I didn't see anything about specials. So I ask again for her to just tell me what specials they had. But she continues to be rude & nasty towards me. So at this point I'm just ready to leave. So I set my money for the drink down on the table and tell her I'm going somewhere else. She gets in my face & says to me word for word " Your just a 20 year old girl who think she is something but isn't". Another person in my party had already placed his order so he told her to cancel it and she told him he had to pay for it and he could take it to go. He told he wasn't going to pay for something he hasn't received and she threatened to call the police so he told her to do so and he would wait outside for them to show up.
  
  And towards the owners comment below had I done something out of line then when you called the police and lied to them something would have been done. And your comment below just proves how unprofessional and nasty you really are.

  I absolutely hate that place the manager is a b****. They do not cook their food properly. One time I had chicken that was not cooked completely and the owner told me I ate it all. She should look at her camera and see would see that I did not... They were very understaffed so it took an hour to get our food to begin with.

  My mom found a long and black hair in her burger… When we brought it to the servers attention she said there was nothing she could do... sorry about your luck. WF
  
  They hired me to paint inside of their store and never paid me for it…
  
  She is extremely rude and she will try and bash you on Facebook if she knows your name trust me…
  
  I'm having about the same problem. The owner is trying to fire me for calling in sick, after I told them I'd come in if they really needed me. She said I left them hanging. But my manager knows nothing about it…
  
  She's bad. My friends and I went to eat there because we love their wings but she was rude. So she didn't get a good tip and so out of the three of us she looked at our receipts and said "Wow, well at least one of you know how to tip and walked away" LOL
  
  They suck so bad. I work there in the owner treated us like dogs.
  
  You can tell their personality just by what the menu says on the back.
  
  It doesn't help their business that lollygaggers is across the street. And lollygaggers service is way better.
  
  I worked there for a couple months and just got used to it. Then got cheated out of money because she wasn't paying me right. That place is terrible. It was awful I did everything from open to close. And right before I quit she told me that she had to take on a job of her own to even be able to pay her employees. That's sad that's how you know you're going out of business. She would embarrass me in front of customers all the time.
  
  I didn't last a week there after a little incident in front of my customers.
  
  Haven't had a good experience there. Won't be going back.
  
  It's funny that you can't leave a review on their Facebook page.
  
  Pretty sure that was the place that gave Matt and Kyle food poisoning. And when I called them to talk about it she went off on me and hung up should've reported them and got that play shut down. So unprofessional.
