  Well for me I ordered the 16oz prime rib rare and it was rare but not hot, pretty much like warm. It was good and mine was cooked on point, rare like I asked. My husband on the other hand ordered the same thing but asked for his to be cooked medium well and when his arrived it was more rare than mine. It was really bloody, he asked for it to be cooked more, so our server who was absolutely awesome took it back and you can see the cooks through the big glass window and he was pissed, it looked like he put the steak in some kind of drawer or something and took it out 2 seconds later when the server brought it back out it was still bloody and didn't even look like it was cooked at all. At that point my husband after seeing how pissed the cook was didn't even eat it or send it back to cook more. I took it home and had to cook it so he would have dinner. I'm extremely disappointed and very mad. Those steaks are not cheap and I now will not ever get to go back because my husband had a terrible experience there. For the money we spent there I should have had the manager come to our table but my husband doesn't like to cause a scene. I will say our server mad the most awesome cherry coke.
